Food Delivery and ghost kitchens are key in today's market

2020 was a year that changed us all. Not only did we change as individuals, but our spending and consumer habits also changed.

Today, it's impossible to think of a food business that doesn't leverage the power of Food Delivery and Food Delivery platforms.

About 22% of our revenues come from Food Delivery Platforms like UberEats.

The downside to this is that the intermediary takes a very large cut of the sales, harshly reducing margins. Even though we still sell through these platforms, since January 2021 we started to take an active approach to encourage people to order directly from the store and thus avoid this high commission fee.

We strongly believe that Food delivery is going to continue to be key and we will continue to embrace it in future locations.
