# Stake to earn

Staking your Tokens will allow you to get daily rewards.

Having your tokens locked by a determined amount of time (24 hours for example) allows us to ensure those funds are going to stay with us for said amount of time.

**Staking your share also means you believe in the business and want to see it grow.**

The act of staking your Tokens will earn you rewards as time passes.

Rewards are calculated as follows:

![Daily rewards are calculated by dividing yearly earnings per day and per Token.](/files/sqKtK3azL8MLdclBOBDI)

**Staking allows you to generate passive income by getting fixed, daily rewards based on past business performance.** This puts pressure on the business to meet or exceed last year's earnings.

Rewards are payed in the form of the DAO's Reward Token - the TabeCoin.
